Keep in mind that these documents are samples to be used as examples only, your own interview questions and work agreement should reflect the specific needs of your children and family.
The first is an example of effective interview questions for your nanny candidates. These questions have been carefully developed over time to help you discover the overall childcare knowledge of your nanny candidates as well as her strengths and weaknesses. The second helpful document is an example of a nanny work agreement. It is imperative that you and your new nanny agree on the duties she is to perform. It is our experience that when a work agreement is not fully discussed and agreed upon by the family and nanny- miscommunication and a break down in goodwill generally results.
